Answering some questions or comments we have received.

1. Isn't this too niche? Yes, writing books in English and Spanish to introduce Khmer language and culture is niche. It is rather specific, but we think it has to be specific. Khmer and Cambodia are often overlooked when it comes to learning about other cultures in educational environments where the dominant spoken languages are English and Spanish. Reading is one of the best ways to reach audiences and expose readers to other worlds. Our books are predominantly in English and Spanish for this reason. They may highlight Khmer words, but at the same time they provide literacy skills for learners in English and Spanish.

2. I wouldn't transliterate Khmer like that. There have been many, many ways to write Khmer in romanized letters. There is no set way because Khmer is not a roman language. We try our best to transliterate in a way that sounds closest to spoken English, which in of itself can vary between speakers.

3. Who runs An Conmigo? Currently An Conmigo is a one, person team however there are times where consultation is needed. With beta readers and collaborations with other like minded folks, An Conmigo wouldn't be here without many people hence referring to An Conmigo as "we" or "us".
